Haskovo Rock Fest is organized in the beginning of autumn and is one of the long-awaited events for the people of Haskovo. It invites the best groups from all over Bulgaria, and also gives the opportunity to local rock and metal bands to perform. Haskovo Rock Fest is the youngest festival in the city. Held for the first time in 2016, it quickly took its deserved place among the annual events from the cultural calendar of Haskovo Municipality.
