The National Community Center Ph.D. Asen Zlatarov-1961 is located on Stara Planina str. and over half a century now has a significant place in the life of the neighborhood with different types of cultural and education activity. The book fund of the library numbers around 17085 volumes of literature. The Community Center has many amateur activities – permanent groups: national choir Folklore Rainbow; Urban Songs Group Detelini; Youth Folk Group Biseri; Trio Rhodope Spring; children’s vocal group, dance group Accent and Friends, as well as temporarily acting groups: Russian song group Cheryomushka , humor group, etc. Among the amateur’s objectives are the revival of folk traditions and the transformation of the community center into a modern center
