National Community Center Ivan Vazov is located in neighborhood Ostrov Cuba and was founded in 1978. The library in the building has 3456 volumes of literature. Every year the Community Center organizes 45 cultural and educational events and has 5 forms of activity – a singing group for authentic folklore, a laureate of many national festivals; folk ensemble Trakiika, also a winner of gold medals; Old City Song Band Beli Ruzhi; Folklore Dance Ensemble Zlatna Trakiya with many appearances in the country and abroad; Women’s Club with 55 participants.
